  • Maintain a 24×7 service availability footprint with rapid, high-quality responses to VIP client inquiries.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal medical teams, network empanelment specialists, and external hospital vendors.
  • Maintain structured and proactive progress communications to keep premium clients clear on their service paths.
  • Enforce absolute system compliance with medical confidentiality guidelines and patient data privacy standards.
  • Compile and publish monthly metrics trackers to monitor revenue generated from premium account expansions.
  • Drive customer satisfaction index surveys immediately following premium health service utilization cycles.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific discipline is required.
  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience in relationship management, client coordination, or concierge services.
  • Prior experience operating within healthcare networks, corporate wellness hubs, or premium hospitality spaces.
