Key Responsibilities for the Head – Operations

• Lead and manage all operational processes for Retail Assets, Liabilities, BOC, and Treasury across India.
• Identify process gaps and implement lean, automated, and scalable solutions to boost efficiency.
• Drive strategic planning for banking operations to align perfectly with long-term business goals.
• Manage entire retail and KYC operations while executing rigorous reconciliation and reporting requirements.
• Oversee transaction monitoring across payment instruments like UPI, IMPS, Net Banking, and CTS.
• Supervise account opening and clearing activities with strict adherence to internal KYC guidelines.
• Lead and supervise Retail Asset Operations for products such as CV, HL, LAP, and Mortgages.
• Manage back-end operations for Digital Payables, Wealth Management, and Depository Services.
• Oversee daily branch control operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage Treasury Operations and lead Internal Audit, Process Control, and Operations Risk Management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must possess a Post Graduate degree or a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from a recognized institute.
• Minimum of 20+ years of professional experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven capability in delivering strategic business outcomes and optimizing PAN India operations.
• Deep expertise in managing diverse payment segments and retail liability back-end operations.
