Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new life insurance products and riders.
- Design and execute high-decibel launch campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing and Brand teams.
- Develop comprehensive sales enablers, including brochures, sales stories, and digital illustration tools.
- Coordinate with Channel Heads to ensure product alignment with specific distributor needs.
- Oversee the creation of training content to ensure the sales force is fully equipped for product launches.
- Monitor post-launch performance and track key metrics such as adoption rates and sourcing mix.
- Manage project timelines rigorously to ensure all products are launched as per the business calendar.
- Identify market opportunities and conduct competitor benchmarking to refine GTM tactics.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Product Development team and the Sales organization.
- Drive digital adoption of products through integrated online and offline launch strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- MBA from a premium B-School with 12–15 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
- Proven expertise in Product Management, Marketing, or Sales Strategy functions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large, cross-functional project teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
