We are currently looking for a Head – Digital Sales professional to lead the digital channel for a prominent broking firm in Mumbai. In this role, you will take full ownership of the P&L responsibility for the digital sales division. Additionally, you will manage a centralized dealing desk and a robust contact center. The Head – Digital Sales will focus on customer acquisition through diverse digital mediums. Furthermore, you will work closely with the product team to enhance user journeys on various digital platforms. Therefore, we are seeking a candidate with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and team management within the broking industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall P&L for the Digital Sales channel to ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Acquire new customers through various digital mediums and multi-channel strategies.
  • Drive business growth by expanding the customer base and increasing revenue through multi-product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the product team to refine and enhance customer journeys on all digital platforms.
  • Engage with customers through offline Relationship Manager support to maximize higher revenue generation.
  • Oversee a centralized dealing desk of approximately 10 dealers and lead the contact center leads.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the broking industry, specifically managing digital channels.
  • Proven experience in managing P&L responsibilities and overseeing contact centers with 30-35 callers.
  • A shorter notice period is highly preferred for this strategic leadership role.

Technical Skills and Abilities

  • Strong leadership skills to manage a PAN India centralized dealing desk and contact center leads.
  • Excellent understanding of digital acquisition channels and multi-product revenue generation.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between digital product journeys and offline support teams.
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management skills within a dynamic broking environment.
