Key Responsibilities
- Lead program delivery across Global Private Banking & Wealth initiatives, ensuring complete strategy alignment.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, and backlog prioritization to optimize delivery velocity.
- Manage multi-geography stakeholder engagement, maintaining continuous delivery transparency across executive teams.
- Oversee program governance, risk management frameworks, status reporting, and technical dependency tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to build digital wealth customer journeys and enhance Relationship Manager (RM) tools.
- Ensure full delivery compliance with institutional operating standards, internal governance frameworks, and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related quantitative disciplines.
- 8+ Years of program delivery experience leading complex transformation programs in Banking or Wealth Management.
- Mandatory non-negotiable requirement: Hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies and Program Increment (PI) planning.
- Proven domain exposure to customer journeys, digital sales engagement, Relationship Manager tools, or financial planning.
- Desirable: Familiarity with HSBC operating standards, compliance cultures, and multi-geography governance models.
