  • Support risk-related and fraud prevention enterprise transformation tracks across retail distribution channels.
  • Analyze systemic data parameters across Credit, Collection, and Retail Fraud applications to isolate improvement metrics.
  • Document business transition workflows and validate baseline functionality maps before target system user testing.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or computer science branches.
  • 6+ Years of successful experience operating as a functional Business Analyst within banking or professional services.
  • Direct functional exposure mapping processes across Retail Fraud, Credit Operations, or Debt Collection domains.
  • Superb stakeholder management, communication fluency, technical requirements documentation, and process optimization traits.
  • Beneficial functional familiarity navigating enterprise banking application workflows and control systems.
