Collaborating closely with Risk, Compliance, Finance Operations, and Enterprise IT teams, you will establish architecture governance standards and ensure consistent adoption across business units. Key Responsibilities
- Define, design, and govern enterprise finance frameworks supporting multi-year finance transformation programs.
- Lead the architectural design for global and local regulatory reporting to ensure adherence to statutory mandates.
- Establish, standardize, and strengthen internal finance control mechanisms across core accounting and reporting processes.
- Design and optimize target finance operating models to enhance operational efficiency, agility, and financial data integrity.
- Partner with business unit headers and IT teams to drive finance transformation initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Define enterprise architecture governance standards, architectural principles, and transition roadmaps across business units.
- Align finance system capabilities with organizational data strategies, risk management standards, and compliance policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Architecture, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 15+ Years of professional experience in Business Architecture within Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services.
- Demonstrated mastery in Regulatory Reporting frameworks, Finance Controls, and Enterprise Finance Transformation programs.
- Deep architectural understanding of core finance systems, general ledgers, financial workflows, and compliance frameworks.
- Beneficial background: Experience in global finance programs, digital finance transformation, and enterprise architecture certifications.
