Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closures.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of statutory financial statements as per relevant standards.
- Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process across all business units.
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliances, including GST and Income Tax filings.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulators to ensure seamless compliance.
- Implement and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to the senior management team.
- Manage the treasury function, including cash flow monitoring and investment of surplus funds.
- Drive process automation and digital transformation within the finance department.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–12 years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within the financial services or BFSI sector.
- Deep knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Taxation, and Corporate Laws.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting and audit processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
