Executive – Products

A leading life insurance company, ranked among India’s top 12 private insurers, is seeking a proactive Executive – Products to join its corporate team. The Executive – Products must conduct thorough product testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) both before and after launch. Additionally, you will assist in the development and deployment of essential sales tools and benefit calculators. Key Responsibilities for the Executive – Products

• Drive end-to-end project management for the timely and successful launch of various insurance products.
• Oversee regulatory readiness and ensure all website content and product documents are fully compliant.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Marketing, IT, and Actuarial to resolve bottlenecks.
• Conduct rigorous product testing, UAT, and live environment validation journeys to identify system bugs.
• Provide real-time support for resolving technical issues that affect the digital sales experience.
• Assist in the development and deployment of sales enablement tools and complex benefit calculators.
• Maintain website compliance through regular audits of both individual and group product documentation.
• Coordinate with the Training Team to ensure training materials are updated and disseminated on time.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Change Requests (CRs) for system updates.
• Perform competitive benchmarking across insurers to analyze product features, pricing, and market positioning.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Product Testing or Project Management.
• Strong insurance product knowledge and a solid understanding of IRDAI regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to write and execute detailed test cases and ensure the swift resolution of identified bugs.
• Good command of MS Office, specifically in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations.
• Experience in MIS reporting and conducting technical COI analysis is highly preferred.
