Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and minutes for Board and Executive Committee meetings.
  • Coordinate strategic projects and track progress on behalf of the CEO’s office.
  • Draft high-level correspondence, speeches, and internal communications for the CEO.
  • Conduct research and prepare comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage confidential information and legal documents with the highest level of integrity.
  • Organize and facilitate executive town halls, leadership offsites, and global visits.
  • Monitor expenses and manage the departmental budget for the CEO’s office.
  • Follow up on action items from leadership meetings to ensure timely completion.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree (MBA preferred).
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in executive support, preferably for a CEO or Board member.
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel are critical).
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage complex schedules across different time zones.
