A Leading Financial Technology Firm is seeking a skilled EPM Cloud Developer to join its Enterprise Performance Management practice in Bengaluru. In this hands-on technical role, you will design, configure, and implement enterprise planning solutions utilizing cloud-specific functions such as Groovy, Predictive Planning, and Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM). Furthermore, you will manage the full lifecycle of business change requests from technical estimation to structured testing. The EPM Cloud Developer must combine deep core development expertise across EPM platforms with advanced scripting mastery in Groovy and data integration pipelines. Working independently within an Agile development environment, you will execute impact analyses, conduct peer code reviews, and support performance tuning. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise planning solutions using cloud-specific EPM functions, Groovy scripts, and EPCM modules.
- Implement automated data pipelines, Predictive Planning models, and Prebuilt Planning Modules across cloud architectures.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical requests: requirement maturation, effort estimation, design, and coding.
- Conduct comprehensive impact analyses and peer reviews to maintain high coding standards and system stability.
- Execute thorough unit testing, performance tuning, and integration validation on all developed EPM components.
- Partner with finance stakeholders to translate complex budgeting, forecasting, and profitability needs into technical models.
- Participate actively in Agile sprint ceremonies, DevOps automation, and continuous delivery improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative branch.
- 6-10 Years of relevant IT experience specializing in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform development.
- Hands-on technical mastery in Cloud EPM capabilities, specifically Groovy scripting, EPM Pipeline, Predictive Planning, and EPCM.
- Proven ability to independently design, build, test, and troubleshoot enterprise financial planning and reporting applications.
- Beneficial background: Exposure to banking or financial services workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices.
