Director – ARC

The Director – ARC must possess a strong background in multi-geographical accounting frameworks such as U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS. Key Responsibilities

• Review and lead the execution of the product roadmap for financial reporting tools to ensure business alignment.
• Partner with technology and cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements based on client feedback and market research.
• Support the planning and execution of strategic go-to-market plans and product launches.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and threats within the financial reporting technology landscape.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define specifications and provide input on user experience (UX) and UI design.
• Monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify critical areas for optimization.
• Review all product documentation, including user guides, pitch packs, and specialized training materials.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on technology products for internal teams, global clients, and partners.
• Conduct high-level product demos and training sessions to showcase features and best implementation practices.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to inform product enhancements and customization opportunities.
• Stay informed about global regulatory changes and emerging technologies relevant to reporting products.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team to foster a high-performance culture of growth and learning.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Education: Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• A minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in the Accounting and Advisory domain.
• Proven track record in GAAP Conversion, accounting policy support, and new standard implementation.
• Experience in providing disclosure support for IFRS, US GAAP, and Ind AS for multinational clients.
