Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Area Manager in identifying and recruiting new Insurance Marketing Firms (IMFs).
- Drive business growth by providing hands-on field support to IMF partners and their sales teams.
- Ensure all IMFs achieve their periodic sales targets and business quality metrics.
- Facilitate the licensing and onboarding process for new IMF partners and specified persons.
- Conduct regular product training and sales motivation sessions for IMF partners.
- Monitor and ensure compliance of all IMFs with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
- Ensure high persistency and quality of business across the designated IMF portfolio.
- Analyze area performance data to identify gaps and suggest actionable growth strategies.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with IMF partners and key stakeholders.
- Support the area manager in administrative and operational tasks related to the channel.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (MBA Finance or Marketing preferred).
- 4–7 years of experience in Life Insurance sales, specifically in the Agency or IMF channel.
- Deep understanding of the IMF model and IRDAI distribution regulations.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and motivational skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales targets and manage field-level coordination.
