Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale banking transformation initiatives, technical program roadmaps, and digital software delivery tracks.
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements to translate them into scalable functional solutions.
• Manage and influence senior executive, business, and global technology stakeholders throughout the delivery life cycle.
• Support and optimize mobile banking customer journey improvements, front-end interactions, and digital engagement.
• Coordinate across cross-functional engineering, operations, and product squads to ensure predictable software release timelines.
• Drive end-to-end project governance, establishing detailed risk management frameworks, milestone logs, and status reports.
• Support Agile/Scrum project delivery mechanics, sprint execution, backlog grooming, and continuous process optimization.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a highly quantitative discipline; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 6+ Years of successful professional experience operating within a Business Analysis, Project Management, or Delivery Management role.
• Proven core expertise within the Banking domain, digital customer journeys, and investment products (Equities, Fixed Income, Alternatives).
• Demonstrated practical command over Agile/Scrum methodologies, cross-functional project tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Beneficial credentials: PMP, CBAP, Agile, or Scrum certifications; exposure to wealth management systems and digital sales.
