Data Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery tracking, operational workflows, and project execution paths for Data and Messaging initiatives.
• Lead corporate project governance meetings, cross-functional delivery alignment sessions, and strategic project reviews.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, inter-team dependencies, project blockers, and critical path milestones.
• Compile precise executive summaries and provide concise, data-driven status updates directly to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate workflows between core business headers, software engineering units, analytics specialists, and AI development squads.
• Direct and mentor cross-functional global delivery teams operating across distributed geographical networks.
• Enforce absolute project alignment with enterprise delivery methodologies, governance metrics, and data control gates.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Data Science, or a related quantitative branch.
• 6+ Years of successful professional experience operating as an IT Project Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• Proven core expertise managing data analytics engineering, business intelligence, or enterprise messaging projects.
• Demonstrated background leading cross-functional global teams, chairing governance boards, and engaging senior executives.
• Superb written and verbal communication mechanics, relationship-building traits, and project documentation skills.
