Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, baseline configuration, and management of specialized financial operations outsourcing frameworks.
- Execute day-to-day transaction parameters under core client financial operations being outsourced.
- Conduct regular governance updates and operational status review meetings with internal and client management teams.
- Support project leaders to handle client relationships and act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact.
- Participate actively in practice business development activities and contribute directly to proposal content creation.
- Stay updated on emerging industry best practices, modern accounting tools, and enterprise processing technology.
- Identify engagement blockers, research client service friction points, and benchmark portfolio figures against market data.
- Manage complex financial reporting deadlines and navigate multi-client assignment priorities under operational pressure.
- Oversee transactional accounting data files covering corporate tax operations, such as TDS and GST matching.
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate, timely, and audit-ready delivery packs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), or a Graduate with an MBA in Finance or a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
- 2 – 6 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting, outsourcing services, or institutional financial reporting.
- Solid domain understanding of general finance functions, treasury parameters, and MIS dashboard mapping rules.
- Advanced logical problem-solving abilities matched with high attention to detail and strong writing skills.
- Total flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice to support localized client site operations as necessary.
