Key Responsibilities for the Consultant – ERM/ORM
- Participate in the execution of ERM/ORM engagements, focusing on RCSA and loss data management.
- Assist in identifying and assessing risks across both enterprise and operational dimensions for clients.
- Develop actionable recommendations for mitigating risks and enhancing internal policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of advanced tools and techniques for effective risk monitoring and reporting.
- Conduct detailed research on regulatory updates and emerging risk trends to provide strategic insights.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external client use.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of complex risk management projects.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align diverse stakeholders on risk management priorities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure alignment with their risk objectives.
- Travel within and outside India as required to support various global client engagements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 to 8 years of professional experience in risk management, specifically within the BFSI sector.
- Strong technical understanding of ERM frameworks, RCSA methodologies, and KRI design practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with R or Python for data analysis is preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications such as FRM or PRM are highly considered for this role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective stakeholder interaction.
