  • Cultivate highly reliable corporate relationships with Branch Managers and key banking intermediaries.
  • Conduct regular on-site branch visits, portfolio health updates, and formal business pipeline reviews.
  • Analyze localized market demographics to isolate high-potential client sectors and acquisition opportunities.
  • Track team productivity indices, individual case speed velocities, and conversion ratio milestones.
  • Deliver structured field coaching, technical product training, and moral motivation loops to sales executives.
  • Enforce strict regional alignment with company compliance rules, corporate policies, and statutory standards.
  • Collaborate with central operations units to ensure smooth policy issuance workflows and seamless customer care.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or higher business qualification from an approved, recognized university.
  • 7 – 12 years of core experience in Bancassurance, life insurance distribution, or corporate banking sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding complex geographic sales revenue quotas.
  • Deep structural understanding of insurance product lines and bancassurance channel interaction rules.
  • Excellent negotiation traits combined with high willingness to travel across the assigned branch cluster.
