Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Credit Life Insurance business growth and premium targets across all assigned cluster locations.
  • Achieve or exceed allocated monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets and net revenue plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with banking, NBFC, and microfinance institutional partners.
  • Ensure effective on-field implementation of localized corporate sales strategies and business blueprints.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage the sales force team to maximize production metrics and retention rates.
  • Conduct regular joint sales field calls and partner engagement activities to secure high-ticket pipelines.
  • Monitor territory productivity trends, case login velocities, business quality indices, and policy persistency.
  • Identify new commercial distribution options and expand partner market penetration inside the cluster.
  • Analyze business performance matrices and compile periodic MIS tracking logs for regional headers.
  • Enforce absolute team adherence with corporate internal control lines, operational rules, and statutory regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate degree qualification in any discipline from an approved university (an MBA is highly preferred).
  • 5-10 Years of successful professional experience explicitly within a Life Insurance Sales channel.
  • Mandatory direct specialization handling Credit Life Insurance lines and managing Bank, NBFC, or MFI partnerships.
  • Demonstrated leadership history managing sales teams and balancing multiple partner locations concurrently.
  • Excellent negotiation traits paired with strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in MS Office tools.
