Key Responsibilities

  • Drive life insurance sales and net premium generation across all assigned corporate bank branches.
  • Achieve or exceed allocated monthly revenue quotas, cluster volume plans, and sales targets.
  • Develop robust strategic relationships with bank Branch Managers, Cluster Heads, and financial officials.
  • Ensure consistent branch activation by tracking staff production and solving operational bottlenecks.
  • Lead, mentor, and track the performance delivery milestones of territory Relationship Officers.
  • Conduct high-value joint sales calls and face-to-face client meetings to convert high-ticket business.
  • Organize structured training programs for bank employees to update their knowledge on insurance models.
  • Monitor local policy issuance velocity, case logins, persistency metrics, and overall business quality.
  • Analyze cluster performance matrices and implement data-driven corrective interventions immediately.
  • Enforce strict team alignment with statutory insurance rules and parent group compliance baselines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or higher commercial qualification from an approved, recognized university.
  • 5 – 10 years of successful experience explicitly within Life Insurance or Bancassurance distribution networks.
  • Mandatory prior background handling large sales teams and managing branch banking networks.
  • Demonstrated exposure building relationships with large public or private banking institutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and sales presentation capabilities.
