- Perform accurate data entry and maintain the claims referral sheet in a timely manner.
- Ensure the integrity of the claims database by completing all planned data validations and audits.
- Maintain up-to-date data mappings for the assigned portfolio to ensure seamless reporting.
- Follow up on audit actions within allocated timeframes to mitigate operational risks.
- Reconcile decisions entered into the database to ensure 100% accuracy in financial reporting.
- Monitor pending cases regularly and conduct consistent follow-ups with clients to prevent delays.
- Provide detailed daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Document and adhere to strict administration procedures to ensure process consistency.
- Collaborate with the Senior Operations Analyst to support the department’s broader strategic goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in Life Claims Administration is highly preferred for this role.
- Strong understanding of the operational interplay between insurance and re-insurance industries.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and previous exposure to MS Access databases.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain high-level interactions with internal and external clients.
- Highly organized and delivery-oriented mindset with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict service level agreements (SLAs).
