  • Generate regular reports on case volume, aging, and closure rates for senior management.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream (Life Sciences or Commerce background is a plus).
  • 2–5 years of experience in insurance or reinsurance operations / case management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder coordination.
  • High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel is essential) and case management software.
