Business Analyst

The Business Analyst must combine disciplined requirement elicitation habits with deep process-modeling depth in fast-paced workspaces. Working within an agile Scrum environment, you will translate complex asset structures into clear functional specifications and manage requirements traceability matrices. Therefore, the group is looking for an adaptable analyst who communicates complex product logic confidently to global senior leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, evaluate, and manage comprehensive business and technical requirements from senior business leaders.
• Map, analyze, and design detailed financial customer journeys focused explicitly on mobile banking applications.
• Compile precise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process blueprints.
• Deconstruct complex investment product parameters covering Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Alternatives, and Structured Products.
• Participate actively in agile Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, and user case validations.
• Support business transformation initiatives aimed at boosting digital customer sales, customer engagement, and platform retention.
• Liaise directly between cross-functional business stakeholders, operations headers, and tech engineering teams.
• Formulate structured functional user stories and build clean visual process models to maximize developer execution speeds.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related technology disciplines.
• 8+ Years of overall professional experience, with a mandatory minimum of 5-6 years operating explicitly in a Business Analyst role.
• Proven core expertise within Banking and Financial Services, with deep exposure to asset management or wealth domains.
• Hands-on practical mastery handling requirement gathering workflows, BRD/FRD generation, and customer journey mapping.
• Superb communication fluency, excellent articulation skills, global stakeholder management capabilities, and swift availability.
• Beneficial: Prior functional exposure or working familiarity navigating Avaloq software architecture layers.
