Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
  • Approximately 2-4 years of professional work experience within the Life Insurance industry.
  • Candidates with a finance or accounting background and technical exposure are preferred.
  • Entry-level candidates will be considered if they demonstrate strong motivation to learn.
