Requirements and Qualifications

  • B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or an equivalent technical degree with an analytical background.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance sector.
  • Mandatory functional knowledge of Lloyd’s market processes, syndicates, and specialty lines of business.
  • Superb documentation skills, with proven background creating clear technical and functional specs.
  • Strong presentation skills to unpack technical software structures to diverse business users.
