The Blockchain Engineering Lead must combine full-stack application development experience with deep smart contract mastery across modern ledger platforms. Leading cross-functional teams of developers, you will architect decentralized solutions on Solana, construct DAML 3.0 workflows on Canton, and manage cloud CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and lead engineering pods focused on digital asset, blockchain, and distributed ledger solutions.
- Define enterprise solution architectures, development standards, and security baselines for Web3 platforms.
- Architect and develop blockchain applications on Solana, writing smart contracts in Solidity, Solang, or Rust.
- Lead Digital Asset platform development using DAML 3.0 and Canton, integrating enterprise signature systems.
- Lead full-stack application engineering using Node.js, React.js, Express.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Establish enterprise CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and automated testing across applications and smart contracts.
- Develop innovative Proofs of Concept (PoCs) evaluating tokenization, interoperability, and smart contract logic.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for corporate clients, managing sprint plans, delivery risks, and architectural roadmaps.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related quantitative disciplines.
- 10+ Years of total software engineering experience, with a mandatory minimum of 3+ years leading technical teams.
- Proven core experience in Full Stack Development, Blockchain Architecture, and Distributed Ledger Platforms.
- Technical proficiency in Rust, Solidity, DAML 3.0, Canton, Node.js, React.js, and relational SQL databases.
- Demonstrated track record establishing DevSecOps pipelines, smart contract security standards, and CI/CD setups.
