AVP – Program Management

Key Responsibilities for the AVP – Program Management

• Drive comprehensive performance analytics to ensure visibility for senior leadership teams.
• Lead central governance reviews and maintain a consistent business cadence across the organization.
• Support the end-to-end partner onboarding process and drive ongoing partner engagement.
• Liaise with Underwriting, Tech, Operations, IT, and Product teams for issue resolution.
• Assist the team in achieving critical business health metrics and overall performance goals.
• Track and design complex incentive schemes, contest results, and professional payouts.
• Support the launch of new initiatives, products, and high-priority digital enablement projects.
• Ensure full adherence to Audit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Governance requirements.
• Identify strategic opportunities and align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
• Foster continuous improvement and take ownership of process optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Graduate or Post-Graduate degree with 5 to 8 years of professional experience.
• Mandatory experience in program management and handling large-scale key account partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to nurture strong partnerships with external organizations.
