  • Support the launch of new initiatives, products, and high-priority digital enablement projects.
  • Ensure full adherence to Audit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Governance requirements.
  • Identify strategic opportunities and align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Foster continuous improvement and take ownership of process optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree with 5 to 8 years of professional experience.
  • Mandatory experience in program management and handling large-scale key account partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to nurture strong partnerships with external organizations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders.
