Key Responsibilities

  • Direct a large team of operations professionals dealing in customer request processing and policy benefits payouts.
  • Enforce absolute operational excellence, maintaining strict turnaround times (TAT) with maximum calculation accuracy.
  • Drive high-priority strategic projects covering Premium Collection, National Pension System (NPS), and Policy Revivals.
  • Manage comprehensive budget analysis tracks, suspense account monitoring, and automated policy alterations workflows.
  • Supervise specialized IT implementation initiatives, system data patch deployments, and core CRM system setups.
  • Establish robust operational quality controls, internal audit trails, and proactive risk management parameters.
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer experience journey, driving the automation of localized client communications.
  • Govern compliance benchmarks regarding the outsourcing of policy servicing activities and track vendor performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate degree qualification or a full-time MBA in Finance, Operations Management, or an allied commercial field.
  • Minimum 8-10 Years of successful professional experience, with a heavy preference for background in the Insurance Industry.
  • Proven track record managing large operational teams, steering financial tracking, and leading corporate projects.
  • Superb leadership traits, strong interpersonal sensitivity, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with absolute command over language dynamics.
