Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chief Investment Officer in daily fund management activities through timely research inputs and valuation analytics.
  • Conduct comprehensive equity, credit, and sectoral research while maintaining detailed, actionable management meeting notes.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and documentation for the Board, Investment Sub-Committee, and statutory committees.
  • Draft investment commentaries and analytical write-ups for corporate newsletters, annual reports, and committee papers.
  • Maintain a structured, centralized repository of investment research, analyst notes, and governance communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Finance, and Operations teams to align investment operations and cash flow data.
  • Drive digital capability enhancement by adopting modern research tools, analytics platforms, and market dashboards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Postgraduate in Finance, MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA), or CFA charterholder (preferred).
  • 8-10 Years of experience in Investments, Equity Research, Portfolio Analytics, or Asset Management in BFSI.
  • Strong functional understanding of capital markets, equity valuation methods, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg/Refinitiv, and digital research platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive governance documentation and board decks.
