The AVP Investment Communication must combine robust financial research capabilities with an exceptional eye for detail in public-facing copy. Additionally, you will establish systematic training modules and coordinate technical talk-tracks for frontline sales units. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, calendarize, and monitor a structured yearly plan for all fixed investment communications.
- Prepare executive briefings and CIO commentaries on major market events, asset classes, and policy shifts.
- Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly market updates to serve as vital talking points for sales pitches.
- Coordinate alongside the corporate communications team to securely manage media queries and outward publications.
- Generate technical product communications regarding fund performance data, investment strategies, and portfolio risks.
- Track and benchmark competitor ULIPs and Mutual Funds regularly to deliver strategic intelligence to senior leadership.
- Design custom product presentations and collaborate with training teams to co-create investment curriculum modules.
- Conduct focused train-the-trainer programs for sales and distribution channels to maximize market framework comprehension.
- Review and validate investment series blogs, edit personal finance articles, and support digital video content production.
- Conduct continuous macro-economic data research to integrate into public house-views and investor forum presentations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree qualification, explicitly an MBA in Finance from a recognized university.
- 12-15 Years of successful professional experience within a financial services or investment research environment.
- Proven core expertise handling investment communications, fund-related research, or technical product strategy.
- Deep functional understanding of macroeconomic indicators, capital markets, asset management, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ad-hoc data requests across Sales, Marketing, and Compliance verticals.
