Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic advisory to banking clients on risk appetite, capital planning, and stress testing.
- Oversee the end-to-end development, validation, and governance of sophisticated risk models.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of risk managers and quantitative analysts.
- Drive business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Stay ahead of global regulatory changes and emerging trends in the risk management landscape.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement automated risk monitoring platforms.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in a Quantitative field (Finance, Economics, or Mathematics).
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Risk Management, Consulting, or Quantitative Research.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading professional teams.
