Requirements and Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Post-Graduate, MBA, or Bachelors degree.
- Professional Certification: Must be CIPS, CPSM, CPP, or SCM Certified.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in global sourcing.
- Proven ability to manage indirect spending on a global scale independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective contract negotiation.
