A leading financial services company is seeking a high-performing Area Manager – CAB for their Mumbai operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales through various broking partners, specifically focusing on blue-chip and wealth management companies. The Area Manager – CAB must have a proven track record of managing top brokers and wealth partners such as Geojit, Motilal, or similar sales businesses. Additionally, you will oversee a wider zone including Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra, and Gujarat. Therefore, the company is looking for a consistent performer who regularly achieves targets and qualifies for company contests. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive sales through a network of established Broking partners and wealth management companies.
  • Oversee a large team and coordinate operations across a wide zone including Mumbai, ROM, and Gujarat.
  • Identify and manage relationships with top brokers such as Blue Chip, IEP, and various wealth partners.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and maintain a high performance rating within the company.
  • Develop strategies to manage multiple broking partners effectively without relying on NBFC or telecalling models.
  • Foster a culture of excellence within the team to qualify for internal company contests and rewards.
  • Communicate effectively with partners across the West Zone to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of total work experience in the financial services sector.
  • At least 4 years of specific experience within the Broking industry is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and a wider geographical area beyond just the Mumbai market.
  • Extensive experience managing elite brokers and wealth partners like Angel One, Fisdom, or Anand Rathi.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on geographical expansion.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a consistent performer in high-pressure sales environments.
  • Deep understanding of the broking landscape, including wealth sales and partner management.
  • Marathi language proficiency is preferred for the West Zone, though it is not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-partner relationships without the use of telecalling channels.
