Key Responsibilities

• Translate high-level corporate business requirements into clear, scalable, and highly performant technical solutions.
• Enforce strict engineering team adherence to established Appian development best practices and corporate coding standards.
• Support end-to-end project delivery timelines, troubleshooting complex application errors, and executing system performance tuning.
• Chair technical alignment discussions, coordinate resource tasks, and manage stakeholder communication pipelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant engineering stream.
• 4-6 years of core professional experience explicitly managing software delivery within Appian project ecosystems.
• Mandatory technical certification line: Certified Appian L1 or Certified Appian L2 Developer credential.
• Proven core expertise handling low-code solution architecture, relational data modeling, and workflow configurations.
• Superb stakeholder management, technical requirements documentation, troubleshooting, and verbal communication capabilities.
