Analytics Project Manager

A Leading Banking & Financial Services Group is seeking a delivery-minded Analytics Project Manager to direct enterprise data analytics and business transformation initiatives. In this key project management position, you will take absolute responsibility for leading project planning, execution, governance, risk mitigation, and financial tracking across global delivery teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Analytics and Business Transformation projects in banking.
• Manage project planning, milestone schedules, financial execution, risk registers (RAID logs), and executive reporting.
• Drive Agile software delivery using Scrum and SAFe frameworks across cross-functional engineering teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional business, data, and IT teams to ensure technical alignment and on-time delivery.
• Maintain project status dashboards, executive presentations, and dependency tracking metrics in JIRA/Confluence.
• Ensure complete project adherence to corporate quality standards, audit policies, and regulatory compliance rules.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related quantitative fields.
• 8-14 Years of professional Project Management experience within Banking or Financial Services environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies; familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Proven track record delivering Business Transformation initiatives; exposure to Data Analytics platforms is preferred.
• Beneficial credentials: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe Agilist certification.
