AI Developer – Agentic AI

A Leading Technology Services Group is seeking a highly technical AI Developer – Agentic AI to join its core intelligence platform practice in Bengaluru. In this specialized engineering role, you will assume absolute responsibility for building smart components and intelligent agents that reason, plan, and act autonomously. Furthermore, you will implement robust cognitive patterns, execution guardrails, and ReAct architectural templates. Consequently, this position is crucial for transforming enterprise automation layers and expanding secure self-healing system capabilities.

The AI Developer – Agentic AI must combine strong Python engineering mechanics with deep practical experience handling modern multi-agent orchestration frameworks. Operating within an agile workspace, you will construct highly performant tool-use configurations (MCP) and expand asynchronous microservices from scratch. Therefore, the group is looking for an analytical software engineer who manages continuous deployment pipelines and type-safe architectures comfortably. Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and components that reason, plan, and act autonomously.
• Implement professional structural guardrails, system reasoning constraints, and advanced cognitive ReAct patterns.
• Develop persistent agent memory architectures and highly performant low-latency tool-use capabilities (MCP).
• Collaborate directly with prompt engineers to architect, refine, and optimize complex autonomous agent behaviors.
• Partner with cross-functional platform squads to establish AIOps practices and manage continuous CI/CD pipelines.
• Program scalable backend microservices leveraging advanced asynchronous Python strings and RESTful API models.
• Enforce absolute code quality standards, data consistency tracking, and structural type safety utilizing mypy tools.
• Align agentic pipelines with enterprise data environments including Snowflake, Databricks, and Lakehouse architectures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a highly quantitative discipline.
• Demonstrated technical engineering experience building automated solutions with agent frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Strong hands-on Python engineering skills, with proven expertise in async programming, API setups, and microservices.
• Familiarity with modern enterprise cloud data infrastructures, AIOps methodologies, and data pipeline ecosystems.
• Expert practical command over type safety proficiency (mypy), version control systems, and automated testing tools.
