Agile Project Manager

A Leading Financial Technology Firm is seeking a delivery-focused Agile Project Manager to run end-to-end execution of complex software initiatives. Operating out of Mumbai or Pune, you will direct cross-functional engineering squads to ensure project parameters land on time, within scope, and within budget allocations. Furthermore, you will build robust project roadmaps that establish seamless alignment between core development tracks and business goals. Consequently, this position is vital for driving execution predictability and modernizing delivery governance frameworks.

The Agile Project Manager must combine meticulous risk tracking discipline with an exceptional capacity to facilitate agile ceremonies. Working closely with Product Owners and technical leaders, you will maintain clear accountability lines using structured governance matrices. Therefore, the organization is looking for a technical delivery manager who resolves resource contentions and delivery impediments comfortably under tight sprint timelines. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Agile project execution and system delivery paths using Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Facilitate Core Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and corporate PI Planning events.
• Manage centralized product backlogs, sprint tracking metrics, and velocity reporting dashboards using Jira or Rally.
• Construct and maintain granular project plans, engineering roadmaps, RAID logs, and RACI responsibility matrices.
• Drive software estimation sessions, value prioritization, resource allocation, release planning, and capacity calculations.
• Monitor operational project progress against budgets, tracking inter-team dependencies, project risks, and escalations.
• Partner with business stakeholders and engineering heads to translate development statuses into executive presentations.
• Isolate and remove delivery impediments, resolve technical conflicts, and implement continuous process optimizations.
• Enforce strict engineering team adherence to the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) parameters.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related business management stream.
• 8-12 Years of successful professional experience within an Agile project or program delivery ecosystem.
• Deep structural understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, SAFe architectures, and release management rules.
• Hands-on technical command over project tools including Jira, Rally, and advanced risk tracking frameworks.
• Superb stakeholder management, people coordination, budget tracking, and verbal communication capabilities.
