The Agile Coach must combine extensive IT advisory experience with deep practical expertise in scaling frameworks and change management dynamics. Additionally, you will establish continuous learning tracks, run specialized leadership workshops, and dismantle structural operational silos. Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Agile transformation frameworks and institutionalize long-term operational best practices.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery engineers to elevate baseline capability maturity.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, executive design workshops, Program Increment (PI) Planning, and Agile Release Train (ART) events.
- Provide expert architectural guidance across Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and advanced Agile scaling methodologies.
- Support structured backlog management, financial estimation techniques, product prioritization, and capacity planning loops.
- Liaise directly with business and technology stakeholders to remove delivery impediments and accelerate change.
- Track automated Agile performance metrics, operational governance, and progress reporting using Jira and Rally platforms.
- Cultivate an organizational culture anchored in structural transparency, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery metrics.
- Resolve systemic team friction points and guide engineering groups through complex transformation bottlenecks.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree qualification in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- 15+ Years of total professional IT experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years dedicated to Agile Coaching.
- Expert practical mastery navigating Scrum, Kanban, SAFe architectures, value stream mapping, and ART configurations.
- Hands-on technical proficiency leveraging Jira and Rally systems for enterprise governance and telemetry tracking.
- Superb stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and verbal presentation mechanics.
