A Leading Financial Services Group is seeking a technical Actuarial Lead to join its global technology and operations vertical in Noida. In this strategic assistant manager role, you will lead the monthly and quarterly actuarial valuation of policy liabilities across diverse geographic regions. Furthermore, you will collaborate with regional Chief Actuaries to evaluate, test, and quantify the impacts of variable modifications across international insurance products. Consequently, this position is vital for driving automated reporting projects and ensuring strict compliance with global valuation frameworks.

The Actuarial Lead must combine meticulous data handling with the capacity to spec and validate emerging corporate valuation methodologies. Additionally, you will perform second-line data completeness checks and manage automated validation scripts in line with strict internal audit standards. Therefore, the group is looking for a mathematically driven professional who resolves variance anomalies comfortably under tight calendar timelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the exhaustive actuarial valuation of corporate policy liabilities on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Oversee valuation baselines and engage with stakeholders to test, analyze, and quantify shifting variable impacts.
  • Take responsibility for the production and analysis of results across Statutory, US GAAP, and IFRS17 bases.
  • Enforce complete regional compliance with applicable regulatory parameters and address statutory audit queries.
  • Compile precise written reports and deliver clear technical explanations of results directly to executive leaders.
  • Perform rigorous variance analysis and effectively manage the resolution and tracking of open item entries.
  • Support the specification, calibration, and structural validation of new valuation methodologies and product designs.
  • Deliver robust data engineering support to manage US GAAP financial valuation and international reporting cycles.
  • Drive process simplification and process enhancement initiatives, including the integration of modern AI tools.
  • Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tracks and the structural valuation of newly launched products.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate degree qualification, preferably in a highly numerate stream (Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science).
  • 3-4 Years of successful professional experience operating within an actuarial valuation or reporting team.
  • Successful completion and clearance of a minimum of 4 professional actuarial exams from a recognized institute.
  • Demonstrated technical understanding of specialized actuarial reporting software and spreadsheet modeling rules.
  • Beneficial functional awareness of Solvency II, IFRS frameworks, Economic Capital, reserving, and local insurance laws.
