Key Responsibilities
- Apply actuarial skills to diverse assignments to maintain and enhance the firm’s market reputation.
- Manage and deliver a wide range of concurrent actuarial and multidisciplinary projects successfully.
- Act as one of the main points of day-to-day contact for clients on various assignments.
- Develop and refine standard practices and methodologies for the efficient delivery of client work.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of professional experience working in the general insurance market.
- Experience working within an insurance company or a consultancy in India or through overseas projects.
- Favorable consideration for experience in Reserving, Audits, Deals, or Risk & Capital Transformation.
- Interest or experience in emerging areas such as Cyber, Climate, and ESG is highly valued.

- Strong technical actuarial skills with the ability to provide high-quality professional advice.
- Potential to develop strong people management, client handling, and interpersonal sensitivity skills.
