Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, top-notch concierge healthcare management services to assigned premium portfolios.
  • Act as the dedicated single point of contact for HNI clients, ensuring end-to-end coordination of wellness needs.
  • Generate significant business expansion revenues by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on client needs.
  • Coordinate and close personalized health and wellness service requests within strict baseline SLA timelines.
  • Maintain a strict 24×7 service availability footprint with rapid, high-quality responses to VIP client inquiries.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal medical experts, network empanelment squads, and external hospital vendors.
  • Keep clients informed proactively regarding service request progress, diagnostic findings, and health updates.
  • Ensure absolute team compliance with medical confidentiality guidelines and patient data privacy standards.
  • Track and report revenue generated from premium account expansions and cross-selling on a monthly basis.
  • Capture systematic customer satisfaction surveys from premium clients immediately following service utilization loops.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate degree qualification (open to MBA, Pharmacy, Biology, or specialized Healthcare Management streams).
  • Minimum 3 Years of proven experience in concierge services, premium hospitality, or client relationship management.
  • Hands-on technical familiarity with modern CRM tools, client tracking software, and mobile communication platforms.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a proven capacity to translate complex numbers into clear choices.
  • Presentable, well-groomed demeanor reflecting premium brand values, with multilingual abilities being highly preferred.
