T24 Migration Developer

A Leading Financial Services Group is seeking a highly technical T24 Migration Developer to join its core banking engineering team. In this demanding software development role, you will design, configure, and execute end-to-end data migration strategies using the T24 Data Migrator (DM) toolset. Furthermore, you will build multi-threaded routines and custom interfaces to transition legacy records into T24 platforms safely. Consequently, this position is vital for securing data integrity, audit tracking, and system performance inside regulated banking grids.

The T24 Migration Developer must possess deep programming command over jBASE/TAFJ environments and advanced Infobasic scripting tools. Additionally, you will create specialized ETL pipelines, resolve code load failures, and coordinate pack deployments across staging networks. Therefore, the group is looking for an execution-oriented database engineer with a high sense of structural accountability. Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute high-volume data migration ETL streams using the T24 Data Migrator (DM) platform.
• Construct custom DM templates, configure automated system loaders, and remediate technical migration errors.
• Develop high-performance jBASE/jBC routines, ECI communication calls, and jQL scripts for validation.
• Perform rigorous structural data reconciliation, tracking migrated database records back against source files.
• Build optimized screen layouts, custom Enquiry configurations, and high-speed OFS message protocols.
• Write multi-threaded Infobasic logic code to handle high-concurrency data transactions without system latency.
• Govern application software pack deployments across testing environments using the DSF Packager tool.
• Collaborate with Data Architects and Functional Consultants to align database scripts with business profiles.
• Adhere strictly to bank information security standards, internal audit benchmarks, and regulatory rules.
• Formulate technical migration runbooks, update test matrices, and deliver complete sign-off metrics updates.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or quantitative domains.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical programming experience within Temenos T24/Transact platforms.
• Proven engineering participation in at least two full-cycle T24 implementation or migration programs.
• Expert scripting mastery over T24 Data Migrator, jBASE platform rules, TAFJ debugging, and Infobasic logic.
• Functional exposure to the Arrangement Architecture (AA) module and modern T24 releases (R23 and above).
