Banking Business Analyst – FSRM

We have the mandate to hire a Banking Business Analyst for a prestigious consulting firm’s Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) team, based in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Knowledge: Leverage expertise in regulatory rules related to financial reporting.
• Techno-Functional Expertise: Apply strong technical and functional skills to support finance, balance sheet reporting, financial products, and capital market-related initiatives.
• Change Management: Collaborate with global finance teams to execute complex and transformational regulatory change projects.
• Business Analysis: Demonstrate advanced business analysis skills to support successful project execution and strategic insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and meet regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Stay updated on external regulatory reporting requirements and deliver compliance-based solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant stream from a premier institute.
• Experience: 2-12 years of experience in finance, regulatory reporting, and project execution.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and VBA is required.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Consulting Expertise: Broad consulting and project management experience with a practical, problem-solving approach.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
