  • Enhance operational execution by using digital tools and automation for score evaluation.
  • Improve data visualization and turnaround times for PES reporting through advanced automation.
  • Work directly on cloud-native policy administration systems to understand API integrations deeply.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA is highly preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Insurance or the broader BFSI sector.
  • Proven experience in Partner Management, Product Management, or Business Analytics functions.
  • Deep functional knowledge of life insurance partner models, including Brokers and Web Aggregators.
  • Technical proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and digital survey tools like Google Forms.
  • Prior experience in handling governance tracking or partner operations is a significant advantage.
