Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted zone and regional profitability while managing sales and revenue budgets.
  • Provide strategic monitoring of franchisee acquisition to meet expansion and market share targets.
  • Analyze high-potential business areas and build networks with local businessmen and existing franchisees.
  • Drive business growth for existing partners by ensuring regular visits and on-ground sales support.
  • Ensure strict adherence to surveillance and compliance policies across all business partner operations.
  • Drive digital adoption by transitioning clients to mobile and web platforms to increase partner revenue.
  • Manage the temporary funding book and motivate partners to cross-sell diverse financial products.
  • Mentor and guide the team, including Regional Heads and Cluster Managers, to enhance specialized skill sets.

Requirements and Qualifications

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans for market expansion and partner acquisition.
  • Experience in analyzing competitive offerings by various brokers to recommend effective commercials.
  • Strong track record in achieving sales plans and maintaining retention of top-tier franchisees.

  • Proficiency in driving online growth and training partners on advanced digital trading platforms.
  • Expertise in building and managing funding books to improve interest income and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of cross-selling financial products as a one-stop solution for customer needs.
  • Excellent leadership skills to manage multi-layered teams across various regional clusters.
