Senior Associate – General Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced actuarial skills to various assignments while maintaining the highest quality of professional advice.
• Successfully manage and deliver concurrent projects, serving as a primary day-to-day contact for clients.
• Develop standard practices and methodologies to enhance the delivery of complex actuarial assignments.
• Effectively manage and mentor staff to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Build new and existing client relationships to understand their needs and generate further business opportunities.
• Contribute to training programs that keep the department at the forefront of industry developments.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience and Market Knowledge

• Have 3-6 years of experience working in the general insurance market within a company or consultancy.
• Experience in Reserving, Audits, Deals, or Risk & Capital Transformation is viewed very favourably.
• Familiarity with emerging areas such as Cyber, Climate, and ESG is highly desirable for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a broader insurance environment with a vision for future developments.
