We have a mandate to hire a Manager in Group Pricing for a leading life Insurance client.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing and Analysis: Conduct pricing for various Group Insurance schemes, ensuring competitive and accurate quotations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Group Sales Team and coordinate with reinsurers to obtain and evaluate group quotations, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
  • MIS Reporting: Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports at the required frequency, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and manage strong working relationships with internal teams (Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Claims) as well as external reinsurers.
  • Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of key pricing decisions and strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-4 years in Group Pricing, with a solid understanding of group insurance products. Freshers with CM1 paper can also be considered.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and provide pricing insights that align with business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present pricing information and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
