What You’ll Do:

• Hunt for Gems: Use your keen eye and slick sourcing skills to find A+ candidates across various platforms (and maybe some secret ones we don’t know about!).
• Matchmaker Extraordinaire: Play cupid by matching top talent with their ideal roles, ensuring the perfect fit every time.
• Be the Face of Our Brand: Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the first hello to the final handshake (virtual or otherwise).
• Work Your Magic: Manage the full recruitment process like a pro—from initial outreach, interviews, and negotiations to welcoming the newest members of our squad.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and bring fresh, creative ideas to our recruitment strategies.

 

What You Bring:

• Personality! We need someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for people and building connections.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Bonus points if you’ve worked in a fast-paced or start-up environment!
• A Talent Radar: You can sniff out the best candidates anywhere, anytime (and yes, you know how to slide into LinkedIn DMs like a pro).
• Communication Wizardry: Stellar written and verbal communication skills. You can make job offers sound as exciting as getting a golden ticket.
• Organisation Guru: Multitasking and staying organised is second nature to you. Spinning plates? You’ve got it down.
