Senior Manager – Reinsurance

We are hiring Actuarial professionals for a life Insurance client. We have multiple roles and are looking for experience in resinsurance.

Job Description

1. Exploring reinsurance arrangements that will meet the reinsurance requirements.
2. Negotiating reinsurance terms with the reinsurers.
3. Preparing business proposals for reinsurers.
4. Working with reinsurance brokers to understand different reinsurers’ capabilities and capacities in various countries.
5. Ensuring Reinsurance Administration is provided with complete information with respect to Reinsurance treaties.
6. Ensuring Regulatory Requirements with respect to Reinsurance are met.
7. Preparing Reinsurance Program and meeting regulatory deadlines in submitting the same.
8. Gathering market intelligence about reinsurance trends and practices, treaties, rates, etc.
9. Perform ad hoc analysis as per the business requirement.
10. Support in creating meaningful relationships with relevant stakeholders like Risk & Reposting, Product Development, IT,
Finance, operations (including reinsurance admin and claims), Legal & Compliance.
