Engineering Manager

A Leading Technology Solutions Firm is seeking a delivery-focused Engineering Manager to direct multidisciplinary technology teams and enterprise software delivery. In this senior leadership role, you will take ownership of end-to-end program execution, release timelines, delivery risks, and engineering quality. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and build capability across cross-functional engineering teams spanning development, QA, DevOps, and architecture.
• Own end-to-end software delivery, including scope management, release roadmaps, risk mitigation, and stakeholder commitments.
• Provide architectural governance and technical direction for solution designs, microservices, and API platforms.
• Partner with enterprise clients, product managers, and solution architects to translate business priorities into executable delivery roadmaps.
• Drive modern Agile and DevOps practices, including automated CI/CD pipelines, static code analysis, and system observability.
• Monitor engineering delivery metrics, track program health dashboards, and resolve technical or delivery escalations swiftly.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, career coaching, and succession planning for the engineering unit.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10-15 Years of overall technology experience, with at least 3 years in dedicated engineering leadership or people management.
• Strong technical foundation in Java/Spring Boot, .NET/Azure, Data Engineering, Cloud platforms, microservices, or API platforms.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery methodologies.
• Proven banking and financial services domain expertise in Payments, Wealth & Asset Management, or Corporate Banking.
